Trouble Shooting for Village Jammers MP3 Downloads

The downloadable MP3 files can be played on both Macs and PCs (Windows operating system).

If you’re having a problem hearing the music:

• First, and most importantly, make sure your computer’s sound is turned on.

If you’ve downloaded the MP3 file and you’re having a problem or don’t know what to do with it:

Try simply double clicking the MP3 file icon. Most internet browsers come with some sort of sound media player, such as Windows Media Player, RealPlayer, or more likely, Quicktime, (Mac users can also use iTunes) so as long as your browser is open, the double clicking should do the trick.

If not:

• Make sure you have an MP3 player for the MP3 file. A player is a software program that will allow you to play the MP3 file. As listed in the above step, Windows Media Player, iTunes & RealPlayer are common players.

• After you’ve downloaded the player, double click the MP3 file icon or launch the player and open the the MP3 file by chosing "open" under the "file" menu.
